Summer Green Salad

 

Ingredients
500g Fresh Broad Beans
500g Fresh Peas
2 Avocados
2 Handful of Sour Cherries
1 Bunch Asparagus
4 Handful of Baby Spinach
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1/2 a Cucumber
Dill for Garnish

Method

  1. Shell the broad beans and peas and stone, peel and slice the avocado.
  2. Assemble with the rest of the ingredients and garnish with dill.
