Pomelo Lychee Citrus Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

1 Pomelo
1 Grapefruit
2 Satsumas
6 Lychee
Salad Leaves

1 tbsp Raspberry Jam
2 tbsp Balsamic Dressing
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
1. Wash and peel the fruit, cut into segments. Mix with salad leaves and herbs of your choice.
2. In a small kitchen bowl mix the dressing ingredients together and serve with salad.
