Herb Crusted Fine Beans

400g Fine Beans
50g Breadcrumb
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

1. Trim and steam the beans for 6-7 minutes.
2. Blend the breadcrumbs with the garlic, parsley and add the oil and seasoning.
3. As an option, you can bake the breadcrumbs for 5 minutes under the grill to add colour and enhance flavour.
4. Mix the breadcrumbs with the beans and serve hot.
