Herb Crusted Fine Beans

Ingredients
400g Fine Beans
50g Breadcrumb
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Method
- Trim and steam the beans for 6-7 minutes.
- Blend the breadcrumbs with the garlic, parsley and add the oil and seasoning.
- As an option, you can bake the breadcrumbs for 5 minutes under the grill to add colour and enhance flavour.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the beans and serve hot.
