Grilled Asparagus Skewers

Ingredients
250g Asparagus
1 Lemon
1 Garlic Clove
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Method
- Wash and skewer the asparagus whole width ways, 4 per skewer.
- In a bowl, mix the oil with the salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic, and the juice of half the lemon. Cut the other half of the lemon into wedges and grill for garnish.
- Marinate the asparagus in the oil and grill for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with a lemon wedge.
