Grilled Asparagus Skewers
1 Garlic Clove
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1. Wash and skewer the asparagus whole width ways, 4 per skewer.
2. In a bowl, mix the oil with the salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic, and the juice of half the lemon. Cut the other half of the lemon into wedges and grill for garnish.
3. Marinate the asparagus in the oil and grill for 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot with a lemon wedge.
