Five Minute Okra with Cajun Spice

400 g fresh Okra
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun pepper
1 red chilli (optional)
Sea salt flakes to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Handful chopped coriander leaves


  1. Preheat a saucepan, add the olive oil, chilli and the okra and stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the Cajun pepper and keep stirring for a further 30 seconds.
  3. Add the salt, lime juice and the coriander and cook for a further minute.
  4. Serve hot!
