Baby Carrot Baked with Garlic and Maple Syrup

Ingredients:
500g Baby Carrots
1 Head of Garlic
1 tbsp of Apples Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp of Maple Syrup
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Chopped Parsley 

Method:
1. Pre heat the oven at 180C. 
2. Wash and peel the carrots and dress with the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, salt pepper and bake in a baking tray
3. Garnish with chopped parsley.
