Ingredients
500g Baby Carrots
1 Head of Garlic
1 Tbsp of Apples Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Chopped Parsley
Method
- Pre heat the oven at 180C.
- Wash and peel the carrots and dress with the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, salt pepper and bake in a baking tray
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
