Avocado and Mango Guacamole

2 Avocados
1 Ripe Mango
1 Handful of Fresh Coriander
1 tbsp Chopped Red Onion
1 Red Chilli (Deseeded and Finely Chopped
Juice of 2 Limes
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

1. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and scoop the pulp out onto a chopping board using a spoon. Cut in small cubes.
2. Do the same with the mango and mix with the avocado.
3. Add the onion, coriander roughly chopped, lime juice, oil chilli and seasoning.
