Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:
200g Asparagus
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Juice and Zest of 1 Lime
1 Red Chilli
1 Lemon Grass Bulb 
2 tsp of White Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Nigella Seeds
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Gluten Free Soya Sauce
Sea Salt (to taste)
Lime Wedges and Coriander Leaves for Garnish

Method:
1. Shave the asparagus with a potato peeler and rinse in cold water.
2. Blitz the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and dress the asparagus.
3. Serve with a lime wedge and coriander leaves.
